Your Lyric thermostat is designed to save you money when you are away. Select Automatic and take all the guess work out of it. Honeywell will automatically set a heating and cooling temperature specific to your home designed to save you money. If you want to take control of your temperature set back select Manual and choose the heating and cooling set back temperatures
