Follow these instructions to connect to your printer:

1. Check the printer

Make sure the printer is plugged in and fully powered on. You might have to wake up the printer from sleep mode by pressing any button.
If your printer was connected using a wired connection, make sure the Ethernet cable is fully connected to the printer.

2. Check the network connections

Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the Internet. The printer and mobile device also need to be connected to the same network. If your printer was previously connected to the Internet using Wi-Fi, make sure Wi-Fi is enabled.

3. Restart %1$s

Close and then reopen the %1$s app.

4. Restart the printer

If restarting the app didn't work, restart the printer.
  1. Turn off the printer and then wait for 60 seconds.
  2. Turn on the printer again and wait for the printer to connect to the network.

5. Restart the router

If you still can't connect to the network, restart your router.
  1. Unplug power from the router and then wait for 60 seconds.
  2. Plug in the router again. Wait for your mobile device and printer to connect to the network.
